Oh my GOD! you look like a gay! you don’t deserve to be an actor seriously…what a shame

jesus. the only comment and how it doesn’t even make any sense. it’s a good thing they are trained not to listen to stupid criticism.

i love this guy and we’re so sad Dae Joyoung ended. *sigh. He’s got a good voice too (Beautiful Day). I’m a fan and this flamer right there is an omhadaun.

I resent that first comment and agree with the 2nd one. Some of the actors here looks gayer than gay but Jung Tae Woo is, by far, one of the most talented actor I have seen in KBS. He doesn’t rely on good looks and cheezy scripts. Dae Joyoung was a great show and his part as Li Geom was executed very well and it just goes to show a guy can thrive and excel in acting without having a love story to stand on.

This guy deserves more airtime and more shows. I’m not into bandwagon-ing so no thank you to the “teeny boppers” based on looks alone. Jung Tae Woo is looks + talent + charisma + appeal. He even made waves after arriving as General Li Geom in the baseball game. Now that’s class.

So to that commenter who cannot say anything intelligent whatsoever, I repeat: I have seen more gay looking guys here on this site and Jung is not among them. Your description of “gay looking” is so dumb I’m wondering what’s the color of your blind seeing eye dog.

And to Jung Tae Woo: it’s a far fetched idea you’ll stumble on this comment of mine but I would just want to say that I am a fan of yours living here in the Philippines and keep it up! You’re a talented actor and a convincing one as well. Hope to see you on more korean shows and may you have an album soon too!!

Again, responding to Nobita, do you really understand the complexities of acting? Tae Woo is an excellent actor, he is absolutely georgeous, I am quite taken aback by his overall exceptional performance, for a young man he knows his craft and he can carry a series, hold and attract an audience with his acting skills, so just watch your mouth!!!! You do not qualify to say anything about his or anyone’s acting…..

We loved you in Dae Jo Young. Your acting was great. They could kept on writing the story for the next three years as far as we was concerned. The story line was so great. We hung on every word. Plus we think you are gorgeous, and hope to see you in furture shows.

Have been looking for this actor since I saw his great performance in Wang Guhn. He must have been only 18 or 19 then and he was already a brilliant actor who could get into a role with great finesse. I am so glad to see him once more in Mom’s Dead Upset. He plays a young modern man with charm this time. He deserves much more support from directors and casting agents.

    shulien229 Says:

Well, great news. His award-winning role in “Emperor Wang Guhn” is now available on DVD at KBS’s Episode on Request store, and his great performance as Yeonsangun in “King & I” is about to be available on DVD in the U.S. in January. “Mom’s Dead Upset” will probably be out in a few months. I agree with the last comment—he deserves more respect, and bigger roles. “Dae Jo Young” was enough for me. His performance in that made me a KHD fan for life.

Jung TaeWoo posed for this picture. He was most likely asked to pose in that manner. It doesn’t mean he is gay. There is nothing to quantify that he is gay; therefore, its best not to even speculate or comment in that manner.

He was wonderful in Dae Yo Young. I thought that series was one of the best. I also enjoy Choi Su jong. As an actor who has the kind of appeal that draws you into the character.
